Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a product has been purchased and shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will evaluate the request and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion. Replacements are subject to product availability.
